Due to the length of most of our services, we operate BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Walk-Ins are welcomed provided there are available open timeslots; however, booking an appointment is strongly encouraged as scheduled appointments will always take precedence.

BOOKING
FIRST TIME BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00CAD+HST is required to guarantee your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from your total service amount due on the day of your appointment. You may send your deposit through Interac e-Transfer to fahhairextensions@live.com which must be paid prior to booking.
We CANNOT guarantee your appointment until this has been received, upon which a confirmation message and further instructions will be sent to you accordingly.
CONFIRMATIONS
EMAIL + TEXT + PHONE CALLS
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email two days prior to your scheduled appointment date. On the odd occasion, you do not receive a reminder, kindly note that it is your sole responsibility to remember the appointment date(s) and time(s) you have booked for to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and thus, respective cancellation fees.
ILLNESSES + COVID-19 PROTOCOL
FACIAL MASKS AND COMPLETION OF COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE IS MANDATORY PRIOR TO ENTRY
Sterilization and hygiene protocol is of utmost importance to us in securing and ensuring the safety of all our clientele who visit day in and day out. As a direct result of a large portion of the services we provide require being in very close proximity to your Stylist, we kindly ask that you please stay home and rest up or self isolate if you find yourself feeling under the weather.
If, for whatever reason, you do attend your appointment visibly ill, we reserve the right to provide you with a facial mask to wear during your appointment before any service will be performed, as well as the right to dismiss and refute the service booked altogether, if necessary.
In the event the latter occurs, please be advised that the Cancellation Penalty fee will be applicable subsequently.
We hope to encourage good judgment.
Again, this ties back in with us previously advising that we strive to maintain a high level of respect for everyone, and as such, do not wish to risk the spreading of any bacterial viruses.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL FEES AND SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE*
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email two days prior to your scheduled appointment date. Please be advised of the following Late Cancellation Policy that which stipulates a Penalty Fee applicable for appointments cancelled last minute which must be paid before any rebooking request is permitted.
Your appointments are very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes it requires you to make last minute schedule adjustments; however, kindly note that we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and/ or any changes made to your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
Our chargeable Late Cancellation Penalty Fee is $100.00CAD+HST if made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, and will be deemed a No-Notice/ No-Show.
This policy is applicable to ALL service appointments provided at FAH HAIR EXTENSIONS GLAM BAR; included but not limited to prepaid promotions and deposits wherein you will forfeit the entire service booked. When you make your appointment with us, kindly note that you are agreeing to adhere to our policy.
After 2 No-Shows/ Last Minute Cancellations, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of $100.00CAD+HST when requesting to book an appointment which will be applied and automatically deducted from your service total upon completion going forward.
Notice:
The deposit is non-refundable and if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give 48 hours notice or you will forfeit your deposit.
MAINTENANCE OF YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS
MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED EVERY 2 - 4 MONTHS PENDING THE CONDITION OF YOUR HAIR
FAH HAIR EXTENSIONS will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any colour change and/or damage done to your extensions if any of the following; included but not limited to: Blue, Purple, Silver, Toning Shampoo, Dying, Salt Water, Chlorine, Perming and/or excessive heat tools are used.
Extensions must be removed professionally (it's highly recommended they be removed at FAH HAIR EXTENSIONS exclusively as we specialize in various removal techniques). If they are not maintained or professionally removed in a timely manner, FAH HAIR EXTENSIONS will not be held accountable for the condition of your natural hair thereafter. It is your sole responsibility to upkeep, maintain and follow Aftercare instructions to ensure the quality of the hair we provide.
GUESTS + PETS POLICY
AS PER HEALTH CANADA COVID-19 PROVISIONS
As we continue to strive in flattening the curve, we kindly discourage bringing any guests with you if they are not receiving a service from us. Your guest(s) may be asked to leave and come back if we anticipate a heavier flow of traffic within the salon.
For hygiene purposes, no pets are allowed on the premises. Clients will be refused service if a pet is present upon arrival.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may pose for you; however do appreciate your understanding in this regard.

ORDERS
We cannot guarantee the inventory of an item until after you have placed your order. Pricing errors may occur on our sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order entirely and notify you of said cancellation.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
All discount codes, where applicable, must be entered during the checkout process. We are unable to make any changes once your order has been placed. Limit of one discount code per order. We are unable to honor multiple discount codes. Any promotional discount codes we make available is valid only for your first order - this is specific to your name, address, phone number and/or email. Creating multiple accounts to receive a discount will result in cancellation of your order. Promotions are valid on per customer basis, per lifetime - this is specific to your name, address, phone number and/or email. Creating multiple accounts to receive said promotion will also result in a cancellation of your order.
